My contribution is not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, organization or national bank. I affirm that I am making this contribution via my personal credit or debit card for which I have a legal obligation to pay, and not through a corporate or business entity card or the card of another person.

Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with state elections and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions under state law. Individual contributions are limited to $1,500 per election for “candidate[s] for non-statewide political office.” The primary and general election are considered separate elections. The total individual contribution limit is $3,000 per non-statewide candidate. Donations for the general election cannot be collected until after the primary election has been completed. State law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, and occupation for each individual whose contributions are in excess of $25.00 in an election cycle.
